and i don't know where you live, but if cops on steroids is such a huge deal, you might be lucky or you might want to move away. i'm not really sure.

you're probably right for #1. but stallworth gave them tons of cash and that made jail go away for him.

#2 and #3 are relatively normal dispositions. at least in my experiences.

firemen going around beating people up while drunk and off-duty is a rather large problem around here. you might be onto something. but i think you’d find little more than booze.

Not every one, but the number of them suggests that chemical enhancement is occuring.

but we haven’t established that even one single cop in any of these stories was on steroids at the time. let’s deal with the real issues: booze, and short tempers. at least in these cases.
