In Europe - the Czechs hold that position..
In the Muslim Middle East - the Iranians were the ONLY choice as business partners... I came to believe this was as much due to their non Arab ethnicity as to their inherent love of freedom and honesty. From my limited exposure - I will say I didn’t meet an Arab I would trust with anything I held dear.
