FOX News Channel reports: Griff Jenkins covered ACORN's 39th Anniversary Gala Awards honoring Sen. Charles Schumer, Rep. Luis Guiterrez and Rep. Maxine Waters at the National Education Association building in Washington, D.C. on June 17, 2009. Our cameras were banned from the event, but ACORN allowed far-left bloggers to attend. A confrontation occurred outside the building.

Glenn Beck will discuss this on his show today at 5pm.

I rally hate to say this, but I really believe the leftist will push us into a real Civil War. They are beginning to deny important rights, such as "redress of grievance" and most other tennants of Freedom.

I'd hate to see that come to pass. There is a lot of frustration being created in conservative people; and, there is almost nothing left with which to compromise.

I'm wondering if maybe we are approaching this ht e wrong way. We have learned that if other charities and/or nonprofits accept government money, they are prohibited from discrimination.

Since ACORN accepts federal monies, should they not also be barred from press discrimination just like the Boy Scouts, churches, etc?
