Term Limits!
If there was ever a justification for term limits, this type of arrogance should be it.
Upon first greeting, the Queen of England’s honorific “your majesty” is proper protocol. For second or subsequent responses, “ma’am” is appropriate. So, Barbara Blockhead is more important than the queen and must hear her title used each time? I guess in her twisted, left wing pea-brain, yes.

I used to have a doctor whom I addressed as "doc". But then, he started his medical career as a corpsman, knew that not all corpsmen attained that high praise and that was why I called him that.
