This is a money grab by a bunch of lawyers who will receive substantial government funds to "represent" these waifs.

Is it constitutional to deport US citizens if their parents are illegal aliens?

I question the whole birthright citizenship BS, one lower court ruling, never appealed, and the supreme court refused birth rights to the Chinese coolies building the railroads.

CUSTODY FOLLOWS THE PARENTS!

This is trying to JUDICIALLY reverse the 1996 prohibition against anchor babies.

The fact is these MINORS are kept INTACT WITH THEIR FAMILIES.

They go with mommy and daddy to the parents home country.

The child follows parents, not the parents follow the child.

besides the left is very fond of telling us how wonderful the rest of the world is and therefore the left should have no problem returning the ILLEGAL ALIENS home with thier children.

They either go with their parents or go the same route as other criminal’s (who are incarcerated) children. They become wards of the state or
the parents make other arrangements.
