Former President George H.W. Bush tells the Washington Times the results of the Iranian elections were "strange." He tells them: "It sounded funny when the opponent claimed victory by 60 some percent then the next thing you know he's on his back, counted out," former president, George H.W. Bush said on the debut broadcast of the Washington Times America's Morning News. "There is something weird about it, something strange about it."

You think? Thanks, Captain Obvious!
I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole thing had been staged by the mullahs to give the people the illusion of still having power. After a sufficient amount of protest and “review” of the vote, they throw “imagonnajihad” under the bus and put in the peoples’ choice, who still has their seal of approval.
As usual, confused by “a thousand points of light”.
Hey, there was nothing strange or weird about it ... Carter was watching it. /s
ACORN was involved?
Hundreds of thousands in the streets of Iran, and the ex-president finds it....”weird”. Politicians are so out of touch it’s beyond scary.
Diebold?
Yea right ..its Bush’s fault...fool
Hey now, even Iran’s president has some ethics — unlike the guy we have sitting in the White House today.
A thousand points of light (where all those hanging chads were knocked thru...)
Bush I has always had this bizarre speaking style. I wouldn’t call it dumb, but his sentences just defies basic grammar.
In any case the key issue for us is Obama's position on the subject. Clearly there are millions of Iranians who are unhappy with their current oppressive government. Even if they are a minority they still represent the side that we as a nation should stand with. George Bush did. Freepers do. But what about Obama? Where does he stand? All we have is silence from the Obama administration. So we don't know his position but suspect he is with whoever is in power and that means the Mullahs and ImaNutJob. What a wimp. A dangerous man to have as President in a dangerous time.
Cheetahcat has been trolling for months.....hand it a shiny object and it will lose interest.
