Minn. court orders Coleman to pay $95K to Franken 18 hours ago

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Republican Norm Coleman must pay Democrat Al Franken $94,783 to cover court costs for his appeal of Minnesota Senate election results.

A Ramsey County court administrator entered the judgment Wednesday. It results from the two-month trial that ended with Coleman 312 votes short of Franken.

It should be obvious to anyone with a modicum of decency and with a brain to think with that Franken won the election solely through fraud. I wouldn’t give the sorry bastard a single dime.

Franken is 312 votes ahead of Coleman, but voter records show that 2812 DEAD people voted in this election!!!!

Voter registration rolls need to be considered contaminated, frozen, and no longer considered valid.

EVERY Registrar of Voters in EVERY state should require us all to re-register, with a valid photo ID, and a REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE...

“”Purging”” of the existing rolls cannot and will not work. They are junk, thanks to ACORN and each county being too lax to keep the rolls straight.

Maybe that would get NObama to find his birth certificate.

Did they ever count the military absentee ballots. Seems to me that if the thing was close on Wednesday after the regular ballot count, it wouldn't be after these were counted.

It would be edifying if the voters of MN would march on the capitol and demand that a new election be held. Not that I expect them to, but until Americans stand up and demand better, they will continue to get this sort of outrage.

Strictly speaking, i was always told that the “bullet box” was never justified as long as you have the “ballot box”.
If the margin of victory, is exceeded by a factor of ten by the dead who voted, do we have a ballot box?

Voting dead can only be fraud, nothing else. If there is open fraud, and it will not be dealt with by the courts or legislative, or executive,, then is armed revolt justified? What is the alternative? Mut we build a majority so large that it overcomes fraud, acorn, etc?

Not random murder like the holocaust shooter, etc,, but a righteous organized rebellion intended to restore the rule of law. I just dont know how it begins, but if we cannot win through an honest election, what is the alternative? This is not a call to violence, just a serious philosophical question.

Any lawyers out there to tell us if this can be appealed?

With few exceptions, Stuart Smalley aka Franken, can be the new clown leader of the clown Senate(taking the title from the prior clown tag team of Smucky Schumer and Bozo Boxer).

For example, that incident in Tennessee where WWII vets had to use force to ensure a fair election. If all legal processes fail, what do you do? How do you restore limited constitutional government.

Franken had to pay something for those manufactured votes. Probably not 95K though.
