Letterpedo should also be charged for child pornography. Fantasizing about a teenager getting impregnated violently and prostituting for Eliot Spitzer is verbal pornography.

It is a nice thought. But the 0bama administration doesn’t prosecute crimes perpetrated by the left.

Oh, come on. He’s a jerk who made a jerky comment. This posting looks like something an aggrieved lib would write while filing a report on a hate crime. Is that where we are now, legitimizing the libs’ BS because it suits us?

—Any legal eageles here that can provide some insight?—

Somehow, I doubt that satire or satricial comedy, however crude or tasteless, directed against a public figure or his or her family, falls under [section] 2261A. In fact, I can’t belive that is being seriously discussed on this forum.

He went from edgy sarcastic humor(some very good back in the day), to character assassinating, leftist crap, over the past decade or so.

Just another dooooooooosh bag entertainer......

Whichever freeper pointed out that we need to take a page from Al Asharpton's playbook hit it square IMHO. E-mail Mars and Best Western and hammer them. If they think they can stay in business selling to half the country, let 'em try.

He also has a desire to be stalked. He has taken “man in the street” interviews into residential neighborhoods. He told his audience exactly which town in Connecticut he lived in, and then he’s surprised when fans tried to visit. He then moved to Larchmont, NY and told his audience that.

If we were as organized and committed as the left we would immediately start boycotting those businesses that advertise on Letterman. Say what you will about Sharpton and Jackson, they are very good at this and we are not. Their followers will organize and follow through on a boycott, ours will not. That's why we on the right (especially here in the Northeast) walk on egg shell praying we don't offend a "victim" why they get away with anything they want.

Letterman should be given the same treatment that Imus got but we know it won't come from the media.

I just saw a news report on a local Philly57 network talking about the Letterman thing, Letterman must have joked about it again and even the anchor(a female) was laughing at Letterman.

The depth of hatred against many very good people on our side of the aisle that is tolerated is unbelievable. Then, to hear a guy on Rush yesterday talking about how Rush should stop the non stop hate against 0bama is jaw dropping.

Maybe Letterman has just realized he shouldn’t have married Thurman Munson!

I deleted CBS from the list of stations my TV receives and notified CBS. Not only will I no longer watch Letterman, but I will no longer watch anything on CBS. This pair of seuxal “jokes” about a 14 y/o girl was way too far over the line, and Letterman and CBS have made it clear that their response will not satisfy basic human decency. [Posting on multiple threads in the hopes of reaching as many Freepers as possible and encouraging them to delete CBS too.]

During President Bush's years in office. Letterman and Leno managed to get a dig in about him every single day, without exception.

Governor Palin has now been selected as a target for frequent hits. I believe it is a concerted effort to down conservatives.

Maybe Letterman has Alzheimer's, which has caused him to show his true nature as a pedophile stalker guy.

Hey, maybe Davey should make some yuck-it-up jokes about his son and Perez Hilton! Yuck, yuck!

I doubt it has legal legs, but who knows--I'd love to see that creepy, old--gash, he looks so much older than 62!! He couldn't take on Ed Asner!!-- PERV slapped around in the media

Making sexual remarks about a minor ought to get him some grief.

Pin the "dirty old man" meme on him, and make it stick.

Why the silence from A-Rod?

Does he have kiddie porn fantasies? IS that why Letterman hit on him? A-Rod spent time chasing Madonna- was he really into Lourdes instead?
