PARIS (Reuters) - Barack Obama's trip to Europe this weekend revealed deep anxieties among the French and Germans that the U.S. president, hugely popular in both countries, doesn't really like them.

After years in which France and Germany happily distanced themselves from the unpopular policies of former President George W. Bush, Obama appeared bemused as he tried to reassure French and German journalists they should not read anything into the brevity of his 2-1/2-day trip.

These journalists stepped over the line with their Obama-slobber months ago.

Now their garbage just reads like poor satire.

Ah. Read ‘deep anxieties among the French and German MEDIA’.

BO is the journalists’ equivalent of Bobby Sherman.

The Euros are fortunate to only get two.5 days of destructive attention this time.

Obama was going to make us loved again, through his very essence, remember?

People around the world are realizing that he does not speak for the American people. If he has to tell them that “He really does like them”, he is showing that he really doesn’t understand.

Well Obambi could not be late for a date with MO! That would have been a real big Faux Pas/Gaucherie. MO would have felt victimized!

You Euros need to understand this the Zeros are part of the “Hey ho hey ho, Western Civilization has to go” crowd. They think you are a bunch of imperialists, slave traders, racists, etc. The Zeros hate Western culture and history. They are probably salivating at how the Muslim immigrants flooding into Europe is destroying it. Just look at how they expelled all the “dead white male” artists from the private quarters of the White House in favor of “oppressed” people with their modern crap art.

We freepers like to bash you Euros at times, especially the French and lesser extent Germans but in out hearts and souls we love your culture and history. A lot of the criticism here directed at Europe is your unwillingness to defend your culture and how you lost your moxie.

I do hope that the Europeans enjoy their world president obama and the weak America he has given the world, along with the shout out to muslims, live from Cairo. The Euros may have loved complaining about cowboy Presidents like Reagan and Bush, but they enjoyed if from a level of safety and security a strong American presence and alliance gave them. Now they get to suck it up and wonder just whose side we are on, since it doesn't appear to be them. How's that for hope and change?

I don't think Zero get's it.

Inciting hatred of the United States is a very successful tactic used by the Euro elites to keep themselves in power and to deflect the eyes of the populace off of them. If they have us to blame for all the ills in the world the people don't need to look elsewhere.

It's a game the Euros play. They pretend they don't want us to do all the things they criticize us for but right now I have a feeling they are some very nervous Pols in Brussels fearing Obama is very serious is really doing all the things they pretend they want us to do and to really stop doing all the things they pretend they don't like us doing.

"I think it's important to understand that good friends don't worry about the symbols and the conventions and the protocols," Obama told reporters with Sarkozy by his side, dismissing the suggestion he was snubbing his French host.

He can dismiss the suggestion, but it's a fact. Obama has no manners. Since when are Sarkozy and 0 "good friends?" What is 0's definition of "good friends?"

The more foreign leaders spent time with President Bush, the more they realized that he was intelligent, a quick thinker and personable. The more they spend time with 0 the more they will know he is a self-centered empty suit.

Zero is a liar.
Zero hates France and Germany and the rest of old Europe for showing the world what an abysmal failure socialism is.

"...he tried to reassure French and German journalists they should not read anything into the brevity of his 2-1/2-day trip."

I don't believe Europe needs to worry anytime soon about the brevity of his trips (he'll keep coming back regularly as long as the slobber kisses last), but Israel had better be very concern about being snubbed twice.

LOL Obama never tells the truth. Half to one quarter is all he can manage.

After all we are the largest muslim country in the world.

Which way is meccha. Should we now have muslim tolerance? How about democrat tolerance?

Talk about a guy who can’t talk with out a hand up his A$$.
