Reagan is still a beloved man, to me.

I still believe that at heart, Reagan was an honorable patriot.

However, I have to face the facts . . .

1. My uncle . . . who worked in Long Beach . . . in a high position . . . ended up aware of some things . . . corruption and very evil stuff . . . such that he had to move back to NM for safety for he and his family . . . during the time of Reagan’s governorship. He wouldn’t even elaborate very much to me.

2. Reagan STILL advanced the globalist agenda . . . vis a vis the . . . dance, charade, vis a vis the ‘overcoming’ of the old USSR . . . etc. etc.

Looking at the quotes ref’d in my tagline . . . and reflecting on all I’ve studied since 1965 . . . I have to admit . . . probably even Ike was compromised . . . Hence his warning about ‘the military-industrial complex’ destroying our freedoms etc. etc. etc.

I think it’s a matter of the government being compromised at every level. A President with respect for the law and Constitution, and mindful of his limited role — men like Reagan and Eisenhower — can only do so much. They are restricted by their own honor and integrity. Our enemies are not.

Quix, the comments emanating from the Long Beach event, is something that doesn’t provide enough info for me to realistically ponder. As for Reagan and the U.S.S.R., I’m not quite sure why you believe that to only be a dance.

Nations today that were part of the U.S.S.R. do have autonomy. They are determining their own affairs.

I don’t agree with Putin quite often. Still, I believe Russia is better off today than it was. Is it still a problem state, yes I believe it to be. And it remains to be seen, what type of trouble it will render in the future.

My main concern with Russia, is that our presidents seem to ignore it. For heaven’s sake, we should have pulled it in closer. We should have fostered as tight a friendship as we could have.

I don’t mean to the point of blindly handing them the keys to hurt us, but we could have been a lot more cordial.

When that school was attacked by terrorists and all the children were killed, our leadership really screwed up by not unifying with Russia to mourn. If I had been president, I would have gone there to show our unified sorrow with the Russian people.

I’m going to read your post a lot closer in later today. I’ll have some comments to make.
