There’s a big difference between no seal and an altered one.
Seems to me, that leaving off the outer ring, goes along with his philosophy of the U.S. being no better than any other country and therefore his people are trying to ‘equalize’ our status by omitting that ‘imposing’ phrase on the outer ring of the seal.
I reported this to Drudge and if anyone has any contacts anywhere else it would be great to pass this on. There is something strange here going on and I cannot believe I was the only one to catch it. I noticed it first thing when I saw the speech. This man is the devil.
The podium itself is called the blue goose and travels with the President. It is bulletproof.

my guess is the staffer in charge of bringing the seal on the trip brought the wrong thing and they improvised.
Very odd. It’s possible that the US Embassy provided that podium, but I don’t recognize that seal as an official anything. All this demonstrates to me is that the Chief of Staff had his head where the sun doesn’t shine when his office planned this speech.
I thought that the President’s entourage always brought along the necessary props, to avoid exactly this kind of situation. It’s hard to believe that they would be this slack, especially for a major speech by the President, and it’s equally hard to believe that the Administration would willingly deface the official seal. I’m sure that TOTUS made it safely, or Barry could not have made the speech at all...

I can’t believe that an official seal doesn’t travel with the President nor that the professionals that oversee such things would “forget” to bring it. Maybe it was being reworded to say Chief Apologist for the United States and “e pluribus unum” is being replaced with “mea culpa”.
This is more of the same from one that has no respect for the traditions of our Country! Covering up the reference to Christ at the Catholic University, making his own Presidential Seal during the campaign, and more. When will he request that the Capital Dome be painted gold and topped with a crescent moon?
Think that’s a real American flag behind him or does it have 57 stars?
Or does that seal have 57 stars. We need a better picture.
It's surprising he hasn't altered the Presidential seal already.

There's a big difference between those who can comprehend the written word and those who can't.
I'm 38 years old, and I have never seen a U.S. president give a presidential address without the real seal in front of him. I am finding this extreemely(sic) strange.
