U.S. Marshals were sent to guard abortion clinics across America today amid fears the murder of a controversial doctor could spark a new wave of violence.
The move by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder came hours after George Tiller, one of only three American doctors carrying out late-term abortions, was gunned down in the church where he was working as an usher and his wife was in the choir.

All for show. What a bunch of asshats. He wasn’t killed at the clinic and the guy that shot him is an idiot and deserved life in prison. Not only is the murderer a beast, he is also super duper stupid. He drove his own car, no disguise and shot him in front of other people. if he half a brain and was determined to murder, he could have easily done with without being caught. He wanted his 15 minutes of fame. Now he has it, hope he enjoys prison.
And don't forget that J Napolitano told us that anyone who believes that state rights trump federal rights is a potential terrorist, so the feds are sticking their nose into everything they want to control.
Guess he’ll be sending Marshals to all Lutheran churches, too. Sheesh; what a tool!

That won’t work. He needs to give all abortionist 24 hour secret service protection. This is all such BS. One deranged man does not mean that the others need protection. They can’t waste a tiny insignificant crisis though.
Our state legislatures are NOT performing their duties.

Why doesn’t he send ACORN, the ulitmate community organizers, hell they can register the mothers to vote while the doctors are killing the babies.
Shouldn’t he be sending these marshalls to churchs to protect them?
"Related acts of violence"...in a saner time this might be interpreted to mean the imposition of a temporary ban on the dismemberment of viable babies.
But obviously not in the America of President Obortion.
One side note, a good one -
I just heard on the news that Tiller’s “clinic” is closed and no plans have been disclosed about its re-opening.
He needs to send some marshalls to protect the babies. My fourteen year old son just said “who cares about abortionists, they’re murderers?” I told him I don’t condone killing abortionists, but he reaped what he sowed.
Because it pleases he who they worship.
I can honestly think of no other answer than the one you have provided. He demands the sacrifice of innocent blood.
This is simply to try to make anyone anti-abortion appear to be so radical that the government must fight them back.
There is no threat of others committing this crime. It is all for a freaking show of force from 0bama.

I still can’t figure out how Tiller was even a Christian if he could kill a baby that could live outside of the womb, if not for his medical “intervention”.
