The closing of the ballot “box of liberty”.

Lefties need to see the Tiller assassination as an example -

Since supervision of elections by the DOJ is directered to the southern states, those states should sue the DOJ for failure to provide equal protection under the law.

http://gretawire.blogs.foxnews.com/2009/06/01/georgia-non-citizens-registering-to-vote/ — “The decision by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to deny preclearance of Georgia’s already implemented citizenship verification process shows a shocking disregard for the integrity of our elections. With this decision, DOJ has now barred Georgia from continuing the citizenship verification program that DOJ lawyers helped to craft. DOJ’s decision also nullifies the orders of two federal courts directing Georgia to implement the procedure for the 2008 general election. The decision comes seven months after Georgia requested an expedited review of the preclearance submission.”

Ga should tell the DOJ that in spite of it’s ruling , the State Of Ga will proceed anyway and that is that.

It shows more and more every day. The Dems are very afraid of the elections in 2010!

I would like to think that we will have a 90% Republican turnout and big support from the Independents in 2010.

Wow! When the courts are rigged and the elections are rigged and the Federal government is on an uncontrollable rampage... its time to leave the Union. Why do this anymore???

It “started” long ago.

They are now just getting more blatant about it, daring us to do something.

This is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!

And Palin should order that drilling WILL be allowed in her state regardless of federal edicts.

Time for the states to stand up on their hind legs and put the monster they created back in its cage.

The courts said to use the process, how could the DOJ over rule that with out going back to court?

Isn’t this JUST great?!?!?!

I have an idea.
let the republicans get up on a platform and say that anyone who votes for them can have free everything!
Then republicans will get back into office and not have to keep their promises.

It is working for the democraps!
