Please Remember May 31, 2009 is the last day for pre-registration advance confirmation of your attendance at our DC Tea Party Convention.
Right now, I have close to 400 people who plan on attending BUT in order to reserve our place at a conference venue, we need to have an accurate measure of those who will be joining us.
PLEASE FREEMAIL BRYTANI If you will be attending and how many rooms you would need and the number in your party.
THIS IS NOT A CUT OFF ON CONVENTION ATTENDANCE. This is so we can receive an accurate quote from the hotel and reserve a block of rooms sufficient to meet our needs.
Thank you to everyone whose already contacted me, just click on my name and shoot me off a FreepMail if you plan on attending our event.
You pinged, but I didn’t see a message. :) Just ping me back with your question.
Wish I could attend but I gotta work. I’ll be there in spirit.
Thanks. I have a place to stay in Arlington. Don’t know as of yet if I can make the conference though.
We hope you can it will be well worth it.
Bookmark the convention thread for regular updates.

I also want to remind everyone that you can still let Brytani know if you plan on getting a room. We certainly can have more FReepers join us. It was important to get to the 100 room number by today to have leverage with the hotels to get the best deal.
It is also important that those who book a room elsewhere, let Brytani know you are planning to attend the Freeper Convention Events. That number is necessary to know the size banquet hall that will be needed for our Convention. :)
Brytani,
What hotels have you chosen?
I will be there but will not need a place to stay...thanks for the ping.
I'd like to know also... need to make my plane reservations and if I book plane and hotel together it may be cheaper.
Key Bridge Marriott. Just accros the river in VA.
L’enfant, Holiday Inn and Henley seem to be best and closest...I would use a booking service. Just be sure to wait until you are ready to spend the money- they take it as soon as you book.
BTTT
As soon as the “Freeper” hotel is chosen, it will be posted on our Convention Thread and this thread. Folks will be pinged as well. Then everyone will receive the information on how to register at the hotel to secure their room.
Brytani is busy doing other things, so please address any questions you may have to me. Either ping me or ask through FReepmail. Thanks so much! Jeannie
I just signed up with FreedomWatch for the national tea party, but I guess I’m too late for the Freeper get together eh?
NO, YOU ARE NOT TOO LATE!
Freepers can STILL let Brytani know through FREEPMAIL if you plan on booking at the Freeper Convention hotel as soon as it is chosen. Also let Brytani know if you are attending the Convention Events/banquet.
We certainly can have more FReepers join us. It was important to get to the 100 room number commitment by yesterday in order to have leverage with the hotels to get the best deal. We met that goal, but more FReepers can still book at the hotel that is chosen.
As soon as the hotel is finalized, the information on how to register will be posted along with info about the hotel.
It is also important that those who book a room elsewhere, let Brytani know through FREEPMAIL you are planning to attend the Freeper Convention Events. That number is necessary to know the size banquet hall that will be needed for our Convention. :) ANOTHER NOTE: Brytani is busy doing other things, so please direct your questions to me either through pings or FREEPMAIL. Thanks so much! Jean

Put down three for my party....
Thanks for the offer to taxi some of us to the event. I will have to pass. Hope you all have a safe, enjoyable time throughout and a safe return to your homes.
