Well there’s one thing for sure. That b*stard ain’t going to be doing any more murdering of innocents. Way past time!
“With a real open and notorious killer, you are in danger.”
Not always, in Nazi Germany the SS was a direct, immediate threat to some, not to others.
Oh I am not mourning him at all. I just don’t think vigilante justice does anything to help the pro-life cause. Using righteousness and lack of justice as justification for murder isn’t any different than suicide bombers, etc.
If you had made that point first instead of getting lost in the emotions of your own words, it would have been way different.
George dedicated his life to providing women with high-quality heath care...
&&&&&&
...by removing babies from their bodies. Babies of a size that women in other health-care settings may be delivering prematurely and begging other doctors to do everything possible to keep them alive.
What is the logic here? Do you believe 1st and 2nd trimester abortions are not also killing a baby? Isn't the point of pro-life that murdering a baby at any time of gestation is like murdering a 3-week-old baby in the bassinet?
This murder will HURT the pro-life cause. Everyone in that church, if not many of the people following this story the way the MEDIA will present it, will be turned away from the pro-life movement.
It is my belief that abortionists do not command abortions. Women (and their men) command abortions because they are told by the pro-abortion community that it is not killing a baby. They are fooled. And we have been winning hearts and minds with the newest ultrasound images. Three weeks and a few days after that "night of love," an unhappily pregnant woman can see her baby's beating heart.
This murder has only IMPEDED the effort to show the truth to all Americans. Not one abortion has been prevented with this horrible murder.
By that logic, the conspirators who tried to kill Hitler are morally no different than the people who blew up the World Trade Center.
Sorry. Don’t buy it.
Hank
No.
The vast majority of the people have never had a voice in the government but they can somehow constrain themselves from murdering people for no reason.
In a country of 300 million. Most frustrated people will just post on blogs, some will crack under the pressure. There is a reason that this debate isn’t so emotional in other countries. In other countries they get to vote on it.
So then the pro-life movement isn’t simply a movement, its at war with everyone else who has an opposing view?
Glenn Beck says the same.
He calls our current situation “disinfranchisement”.
Predicts people will not forever live quiet and peaceable lives under these and worse conditions to come.
It stands to reason.
Look what happened in history, look at what America was supposed to be and once was, but now is not.
But the longsuffering American public has not bought into what is being done in their name.
Have quite a few bought in to it? Have even more just become so self-absorbed they don’t even bother to find out what is really going in this country? Sure.
But millions more are aware and are truly horrified and frightened. All attempts to address their legitimate fears and grievances are being blunted and turned back on them. Even the Republican Party leadership is complicit by default or by actions.
Glenn just stated the obvious.
When an irresistible force meets an immovable object, something’s gotta give...
Especially them!
100% correct.
I said “INSPIRED by REASON and JUDEO-CHRISTIAN teachings”...
I can be wrong but can’t believe that sensible conservatism can be consistent with a straight rejection of judeo-christianism.It’s not exactly to say that “only jews or christians” can be sensible conservatives!
There are many ways to Truth and Wisdom who could be called GOD depending on personal histories. But i believe they all lead to Jesus-Christ.
Anyway wellcome if you are trully looking Wisdom where truth and love meet(as tell the psalm)
Its odd that there has been no info released about the killer as of yet.
It's been going on for quite a while now. Abortion is the worst example, same sex marriage is another one where the rule of a few is being imposed on the governed with no respect for their input.
A distinction without a difference. Buddhists, atheists, agnostics, and Hindus (just to name a few) reject Judeo-Christianity. You're arguing that no one who subscribes to any of these can by a sensible conservative.
How sad.
This man will probably spend the rest of his life behind bars, or maybe even on death row.... but it will take years to try and convict him, and even longer before his sentence is actually carried out. And who knows... he may even get off scott free after a few years of good behavior.
I wonder how the pro-choicers “feel” about that?
My suspicion is that the killer DOES NOT fit the mold of the pro-life movement and this bothers them.
