the MSM is pushing the “cherry picking” method of defending sotomayer.

New flash to the MSM, jusdges DO take their biases into the court. They just learn to conceal it when the court reporter (or digital tape recorder) is taking all statements down.

There are no reporters on WHAT those 60% reversals were reversed on. only 40% of her opinions are allowed to stand and how many of those 40% ended because one side ran out of money to appeal?

The LA Times did a story today using the cherry picking method.

FNF reported that even in law school she was demanding quota hiring of “latino” professors. Sotomayer is a quota queen.

Imagine if a city had a promotion test and the high score for the promotion was a person of black descent. THEN in order to avoid the promotion the city invalidated the test. There would be no question. Sotomayer in her opinion VALIDATED a city doing just that because the high scores were people of the wrong skin color.

She did not choose the wrong words. She selected the right words to express her LONG ESTABLISHED VIEW. (for those in rio linda and the MSM denyers which includes OReily, this means she is a racist and/or sexist) This BS effort is pure clintonian nonsense from the WH.
