If one moves closer to the equator, an Ice Age can obviously be survivable.
We're in an ice age right now. It's just that we're in one of the ice age's interglacial periods, so it's not so bad.

Thanks for posting that, however, I don't believe the data. It is my understanding that the warmest decade in the last 100 years was the 1930s. This data shows the 1980 and up as warmer then the 1930s. What's up with that? Also NASA global temperature data was recently debunked. It seems Dr Hansen was cooking the books. I'll look around and see if I can find a comperable graph from a more creditable source then NASA (Dr Hansen).
