Imagine the MSMers dilemma: as a financial professional, she wanted to tell the truththat the taxpayer is going to be a loser in the GM bankruptcy. But that would require her to reject the Obama administrations line that taxpayers will get their billions back in a few years. Whats a good liberal media member to do?
Jill Schlesingers solution was to tell the truth . . . but to preface it letting the world know I love the government.

CBS editor declares her love for the government ping to Today show list.
Jill, Jill, Jill. We’ll see if you still feel that way after the government has control of YOUR assets and 401k and controls your retirement.
I’m sure she has loved the government for many years, even during the Bush years.
Right?
Bueller?
You silly goose.
Of COURSE she thinks HER assets won’t be affected. It will just be all the little people...:)
As a Party member in good standing, she has little to fear.
A little Neosporin will help with your knees, Jill.
Drowning in Barry’s spiked Kool-aid ping!
Tell it to Robespierre. To Trotsky. Movements like this have a habit of eating their own.
Let them keep drinking. They ain't seen nothin' yet.
“But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Big Brother.” 1984, George Orwell
I didn’t even love Reagan’s government. I just feared it less and worried less that it would impose on my basic rights and my wallet. I don’t like, love, or even respect obama’s government. I am almost as afraid of it as I would be of Hitler, Stalin, or the Anti-Christ. The only positive about obama is that despite his nearly pure evil, he’s not smart enough to accomplish as much as he’d like toward his goal of destroying our country.
Perfect!
Not that I know or care who Jill Schlesinger is...but every FReeper posting on this thread has more credentials than this frikken IDIOT. (my apologies...Not-Meant-To-Be-A-Slight-In-Any-Way to the BRILLIANT FReepers on this thread.)
Thanks to every poster.
