Folks in pubs in the North get real nervous when they see a laser dot on their shirt from across the street....

He has a sentence of six months only and four months for the cannabis he was smoking. He has 79 days in custody to be deducted. He is one lucky stiff. They must deport him. Next time luck and coolness may not be with all pilots.

The only other thing that sparked my interest was the name of the suburb Llanrumney, where the man lives. For once in time, it was the verdant pasture and countryside. Home of the greatest pirate of them all. Sir Henry Morgan. His estate in Jamaica was called Llanrumney.

What they would have done to this joker in 1649. The kind of joker who would have thrown a light into the ships powder magazine. (Chuckle).

Ban laser pointers. They have no *need* to exist, and only create mischief and risk of injury.

There must be some subculture thing going on. Near the Seattle Tacoma Airport someone a month ago was using a green laser to flash at landing jet planes. The Washington State partrol airplane with thermal imaging had pictures of the guy as he ran into a house (not smart). The police have arrested one many he was tried and given a very long sentence in jail.

Is there an Internet/X-box/Nintendo game about using a laser on aircraft? Is there some kind of Internet site that pushes this kind of behavior? I find it hard to believe these are just random acts.
