Seems to be a "minor league" facility...
Not one of the major hospitals and the quality that is found in different parts of Texas -- just from browsing the website...
For example, they don't even give any useful information about "local accomodations" -- just hard links to "chain motels" in the area...
Take a phone book if a relative is in this hospital -- don't expect any help from these folks...
They may not even speak English very well...
