IIRC Berg state either the FBI or CIA stated they already had plenty of information on BHO. The problem was/is getting them in front of a court to testify to the facts they found. As in any LEO they can only do their job in tandem with the Judicial branch.

since the BC controversy started i’ve read things on the web that the Bureau and the CIA ARE aware of his citizenship problem but there is “nothing they can do about it”. What a shame and to think this man has launch codes.
