Begin my translation:
From a dispatch in Seoul per Japanese JIJI wire services, North Korea's Central News Agency [KCNA] on Wednesday, May 27th said that with South Korea's threatened "total" participation in the PSI Initiative (which allows North Korean ships to be stopped and checked by various nations for nuclear weapons being exported) that it amounts to a "declaration of war against North Korea".
The statement was released by the North Korean military representative in Panmunjom military armistace area. He iterated that from now on, South Korean and American vessels traveling in the Yellow Sea (West Sea, just off the West Coast of North Korea), cannot be guaranteed as safe. In the statement, the names of ROK President Lee and Obama of the USA were singled out, and said they are responsible for a "furthering a war situation on the Korean peninsula". It threatened military action due to the decision by South Korea to participate full-fledged in the PSI initiative.
End translation (on web just now)
Threats to attack or seize US vessels, starting up plutonium production at Yongbyon, launching a series of missiles both the day the underground nuke test and the following day. Additional threats to launch missiles in China's direction over the Yellow Sea. Rumors to attempt to ready another ICBM launch.
These folks are a real piece of art.

Well, here we go.
Ping from East Asia!
We’ll be dealing with the same problem if Iran gets the bomb.
The West better get off it’s collect ass and act like they have a few brain cells left.
This is getting out of hand.
Thank you very kindly for taking the time to translate and post this for us. I respect your opinion on this situation quite a bit. Do you still think that this is all a lot of bluster in order to blackmail some more goodies from Obama, or do you think they might take this to the next step?
Just hit the white arrow in the little orange box, below the North Korean flag and Chollima.
IMHO, they do in fact know that Obama is a pushover, that for sure is widely known in East Asia at this time, amongst enemies and allies alike. In four short months, it has been not only sensed, but now proven on multiple occasions. (The bows to Saudi Kings, the cajoling with Hugo Chavez, and non-response to them launching a missile just shy of Hawaii...all of these things about the new President are being fastidiously and intracately studied by Asians of all stripes.) Allies are becoming more independent and circumspect; enemies are becoming more bold and self-assured.
Maybe just hot air.....or Kims been told he’s got help from Iran and Venezuela?
What’s the good word in your location AIT? Is the Japanese government about to say FU US and start a military buildup? I remember reading several articles not too long ago about the Aussie’s planned military build up. It sure looks like it might get “hot” real quick in the Pacific. Take care.
....and if it does escalate...expect no help from our European “allies”.
Third time is a charm (maybe!)
Just click on Chollima, the North Korean horse, on the North Korean flag to STREAM.
Also, thanks for the translation.
God help us all.
Ditto thecabal said.
Ain't that the truth. We're throwing our good friends to the wolves, all the while kissing the asses of every one of our mortal enemies.
Brief me. Is any Republic US Senator standing up on the floor of the Senate, or going before mikes on Tuesday and Wednesday, challenging both Kim Jong il for his recklessness, and President Obama for his coddling of it and inviting it by his appeasement? Or are they still all out on vacation or CODELs?
So ya have to wonder if chia pet like his father grabs one of our ships will the magic negro wimp out like jimmy carter did?
What would a new military operation under the direction of Obuma be like? *shudder*
