I was paid a visit by the Secret Service today at 2:30 PM EST. They were cordial and asked questions about my motives and my basis for our actions which I happily relayed. I talked with them (they had it with them) about the Presentments and Commander Fitzpatrick's criminal complaint and they said they had been called by the autorities (whoever THEY are) in the Central District of GA. obviously related to my travels through that section of the State last week. I was told that I/we are well within our rights to take this action. This is GOOD news.., we are getting the message to the powers that be and they are aware of our efforts. Their concerns are related to what happens if the American people are summarily ignored. __________________________________________________________________ On May 23rd, 2009, the American Grand Jury showed up to indict Obama by handing down presentments. "They approached me because they were instructed to someone in U.S. Attorney's office for Georgia's Central District. I can only assume it came from U.S, Attorney Wood.
"No names were given but badges were flashed and they were who they said they were.
"When I asked their names they asked for what purpose and I clearly stated I would post them on my web site. They both refused and I could have asked them to leave at that point but chose not to and I'm glad I didn't.
"We engaged in the constitutional definition of the term Natural Born and they were woefully ill prepared for my responses.
"The Secret Service special agents cited Article II Section I and said that there was gray area concerning the definition of Natural Born Citizen.
"I quickly showed them the definition as printed in the Laws of Nations and more specifically...Thomas Jefferson's definition posted on my web site.
"They were taken aback by my firm grip on the meaning and had to change course.
"One asked me how many favorable responses I had received from the Judges and I responded none at which point he said if I had tried that many times why didn't I just give up.
"I then asked if they had taken the oath to the Constitution and they agreed they had.
"I then reminded them that we now have Domestic enemies and asked what they planned to do about it. The sound of crickets was deafening. I reminded them that I was exercising my rights under the Constitution and they agreed I have every right to do so and furthermore I can continue doing this for as long as I wish.
"Their halfhearted attempt to dissuade me went nowhere so they finally cut to the chase.
"They were called out to make sure there was not a credible threat to the [impostor] president and I assured them that what all of us are doing is the last peaceful means of redress.
'What if that doesn't happen they asked?'
"I answered not and told them this was my focus as it is with thousands of others across the country and that I am certain I/we will be successful.
"They left asking just one question.
'If someone were to tell me they intended to do the [impostor] president harm, would I report it?'
"I respond in the affirmative.
"What I took away from that meeting was that these agents didn't know the Constitution as I do and they had some soul searching to do.
"I am proud to be on their radar.
"They specifically asked me not to give out their names for fear of reprisal.
I will honor that."

COUNT ONE:
That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”
COUNT TWO:
The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.
The formal complaint of “Treason” has been lodged against Barack Obama by Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, Unites States Navy, RET. The complaint has been duly served upon a United States District Attorney.
Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Class of 1975.
Excerpt from Fitzpatrick’s charge:
We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.
Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.
If you think for one minute we at American Grand Jury and other national movements are not getting to the psyche of Barry Obama think again? This man is still campaigning and telling us how greatly he is concerned about our welfare, security and American heritage. In fact, Barack Obama mocks and laughs at our heritage and all the men and women who have fallen defending our Nation. Is he the “real” Commander-in-Chief or simply “play acting” as the biggest imposter to ever grace the history of our Nation?
I’d give them an earful as well. Hope they wouldn’t mind the swearing.

So which one is it...did they give out their names or not?
Secret Service agents who “flashed” their badges but refused to reveal their names?
That sounds very unlikely.
For a long time the protesters were able to talk with the police and soldiers by doing so the protesters were able to calm the local authorities fears of any threats that they might have had. It took a few months before the leadership said they had enough.
Similar thing happened with Waco. The police went to the Dravidian complex and was satisfied with what they learned. The local police told the ATF there was nothing to be concerned about.

When that happens, they will embrace a Gestapo mentality toward those of us who know how to think and act as Conservatives.

The only thing I dread more than failure to legally remove him from office is some idjit making this ‘person of questionable parentage’ (i.e. bastard) into a martyr.
Next time, ask them if they know what a "Bivens claim" is and ask them if they are engaged in an attempt to modify your behavior.
and fail he already has. It takes time before the legislation(debt) that he already signed takes effect.

Although they seemed unprepared regarding the Constitution, I wouldn’t get paranoid at all...they are information gathering to ensure safety.
There just taking orders and doing there job. Now the person who initiated the interview in Ga., I’d be suspicious of as far as an attempt to intimidate your lawful activities.

***We should all put them on notice across the blogosphere that we intend to video them during the course of their duties. They have a job to do and the sound of crickets is not a good sign when they are informed of domestic enemies.
Before anyone takes the oath of office they should understand it. It has become just a silly ceremony, that few take seriously. A lie under oath in a court of law is considered criminal, but violation of an oath to protect and defend The Constitution is almost acceptable in modern society.

I have a little bit of a problem with the ‘badgeflash’ mentality... it is impolite and unprofessional.
A “badgeflash” does not a ‘policemaan’ make; I am not saying to be evasive/defiant, but rather know what is REQUIRED on their part. Get a pen and paper and record their names AND badge-numbers; they are required by law to provide these. If they fail to give these then shoot them and call the REAL police about the criminals who were either impersonating federal agents OR acting under color of law that you just killed. {Either should NOT be tolerated by a freeman.}
The same could be said about unwarranted searches... but that is a different matter.
I already think in terms of the absolute worst; I don’t hope for the best anymore.
You are right. I know a lady who works for the FBI. She has a picture ID card with her rank (Lt.) and FBI seal on it. She also gives her business card to everyone she interviews.
