A South Korean newspaper report says U.S. spy satellites have detected signs that North Korea has restarted its nuclear plant.
South Korea's mass-circulation Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported Wednesday that U.S. spy satellites have detected steam coming from a reprocessing facility at its main Yongbyon nuclear plant. The paper cited an unnamed South Korean government source.

Obama has alredy been given the necessary tool to use on NK. We could interdict and search ship coming in and out of there but everyone is so intimidated by the North Koreans and their unpredictability that they are ignoring this.

That is too harsh. This is just “troubling”. After a nuke missile test, you use the word “concerned”. Then, you say “gravely concerned” after a city is obliterated.
