Really ... Adam’s screeching and tongue displays still haunt me. LOL

BTW, did Clay Aiken lose to Reuben because he was gay, or did Reuben win because he’s black? Where was the MSM on this one?

I though Adam did demonstrate an ability to modulate his voice and his phrasing was thoughtful, if not eloquent. The ability to project warmth or indeed any emotion other than some degree of modern angst was a function of both Lambert's song choices and interpretations. Sinatra, he ain't. (But: who is?) For his part, I thought Kris connected much more directly with the audience, and did so with less overt emotion and much more charm. In that vital respect he was much more personally appealing to a wider audience and that's why I think he won.

He has all the sensitivity of Axl Rose.

And apparently, his makeup artist as well.

I watched it and Adam was classy throughout the shows. He appears to be a genuinely nice guy.

Adam’s sexuality should never have been a factor because we should have never known about his sexuality.

Can anyone say with complete accuracy that Kris isn’t gay? No, because he was showcasing his vocal talent and not his sexual identity.

This is one of the real problems with gays, they want to let us know about their disordered lives. Their identities revolve around sexual pleasure and define them.

it would be good if he reined in his supporters to stop with the gay v. straight crap, though. like tiki just said, we shouldn’t KNOW about that stuff.

perhaps it is just simply that the main stream public has no desire to suffer any male who wears eyliner, nail polish, and “product” in thier hair.

He presented a feakish image. That loses votes without uttering a single note.

Did you not hear Adam sing the slow songs? He is not just a screamer.

It seems every editor in America is now driven to the homosexual agenda.

Led by the NYT (and WP) bathhouse boys...print and broadcast newsrooms are filled to the brim with homosexuals...maybe it's mandatory for hiring now?

Exactly. Coming out didn’t hurt Rob Halford, it’s because the guy can flat out sing his ass off, and Priest fans probably already knew for years that he was gay anyway.

No American Idol lost it for Adam Lambert....They made him look like a sideline in a Vegas Show. It was very stereotyped....they even lauded “Glamer vs Hometown Boy”

Then to top it off, AI did not let Adam sing is ballads and show his vocals off, they dressed him up like some freak show with KISS and Queen. All that yelling and showing of his tongue......too much. Who would buy his album of screams...I would however buy “Mad World” which was Adam at his best. AI did him in. And that hideous song at the end by CARA was unbearable.

Adam get a good manager....otherwise see you in Vegas or Provincetown Cabaret!

Since I wouldn’t spend my money on anything Adam
produced, I sure wasn’t going to vote for him.

Part of that was his screeching, basenji style.
Part of it was his glitter eye liner.
Part of it was the mental image of his kissing men.

When did it become necessary to go against your
own preferences and convictions in America? Oh, that’s
right. We now live in Obamaland.

best,
ampu

Perez Hilton: 0-2

..................................

How to Upset the Outcome of a Reality Show

BlindGossip - Which reality show outcome may be pinned on the actions of someone completely unaffiliated with the contest? The producers were well aware of the controversy generated by a certain self-anointed celebrity on another recent reality-type contest. They were concerned that if the same celebrity got too vocal about one of their finalists, it might actually result in a public backlash against their favorite. The producers even spent a few minutes of a meeting discussing strategies as to how to incentivize the celebrity to keep quiet in the final weeks of the contest. They eventually decided that they were better off not adding any more fuel to the egoist’s fire.

If you pay attention, and you obviously have not, you would see there is a competition.

Besides screaming with his tongue hanging out. His makeup on a pocked complexion, eye makeup, earings, black nail polish, spikey hair resembling a helmet, and his demeanor makes him disgusting to look at.
