Germany’s pursuit of Demjanjuk creates the impression that Germany is extraordinarily thorough about prosecuting Nazi war crimes. And this indeed must be the point of the exercise — because the reality could hardly be more different.

Actually, he was already charged with being a guard at Sobibor (and Trawnicki)in the Israeli Supreme Court indictment.
He was found not guilty of being in ANY camp based on the fact that none of the witnesses said he was there - in fact one survivor who knew all the guards (he was assigned to their dorm) was emphatic in saying he was NOT a camp guard.

She’s had her ‘Goth’ phase and her faked suicide attempt, too. She has ‘number’ tattoos on her that make her look like she was in a Holocaust death camp. She’s currently involved in one of those mega-churches that is sucking money out of her pockets like there’s no tomorrow. She defaulted on $20K in student loans which my parents co-signed for, and as if that wasn’t enough, stuck my parents for tens of thousands of dollars in credit card bills. She has never used her college degree to earn a living. She is very good about getting a job. Keeping a job? It can’t be done. Everyone is out to get her...

She can’t cook but she makes up for that by drinking a lot of vodka. Personal grooming? Actually pretty good! She’s been in ‘therapy’ since she was 21 and blames our parents for EVERYTHING. Yes - after the Israeli Supreme Court ruled Demjanjuk “not guilty” and set his release from death row, there was an unprecedented “petition” to the court that delayed his release for another few months - the petition to keep him in jail was denied.

He lied to U.S. immigration about working in a death camp. Had he told the truth he would have been denied permission emigrate to the U.S. At this point I don't care if the Germans give him a trial, a parade or park him in rest home. I'm just glad he's the hell out of here.
