Hundreds of "presentments" – or accusations assembled by citizen grand juries – are scheduled to be given to courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges and legislators across the United States by July 4 alleging that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president of the United States and his occupancy in the Oval Office constitutes treason.
The accusations are being assembled by the citizen grand juries that have been meeting in recent weeks around the country, and one organization, American Grand Jury now has posted an online procedure that provides a step-by-step instruction manual for those who are concerned about Obama.
American Grand Jury spokesman Bob Campbell's site includes information on the history of grand juries, their powers, rules, evidence, forms, etiquette and how to file the resulting claims.
While there are other groups organizing and holding grand jury meetings too, Campbell told WND that his is the largest group, having convened five already along with two state grand juries and it plans to sponsor another half dozen in the next 30 days.
"Sooner or later some court or many courts will formally indict Obama from our presentments or [a] complaint," he said. "Our goal is to convene and conclude 12 to 13 grand juries before July 4 rolls around and to serve our presentments as many as 200 times with courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges or legislators across the land.

Just this morning, my husband and I disagreed on whether to have the latest Obama Fuhrer press conference on the TV. He can watch O without puking and I cannot. I left the room. Later he said “he’s your president” knowing it bugs me to hear that. I said he’s no one’s president he’s only pretending, he wasn’t born here. I will believe that until proven wrong by a 15 dollar document that the POS POTUS is hiding from The People. His actions betray his guilt. He is the biggest scam artist of all time.

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the
debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency,
the
group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has
released copies of President Obama’s college
transcripts
from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript
indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received
financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an
undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by
Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a
suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of
California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro)
applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for
foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship
program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must
claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to
provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s
detractors
have been seeking.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as
the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s
legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When
reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings
with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but
refused comment on the issue. Meanwhile, White House press
secretary Robert Gibbs scoffed at the report stating that
this was obviously another attempt by a right-wing
conservative group to discredit the president and undermine
the administration’s efforts to move the country in a
new
direction.
Since Obama was then 18-20 yr. old Barry Soetoro...Obama
was AT THAT TIME , defined by the Financial Aid terms of the
Fullbright Scholarship in 1979, 1980, 1981...as a NON-US
CITIZEN and “foreign national”.

Since HI statute 338 allows foreign born children of
Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates (as
it was reportedly obtained for Obama’s half sister
Maya
Soetoro, born in Indonesia) and those can be obtained based
on a statement of one relative only, such as grandmother or
grandfather (which of course can be biased), it is
imperative that the courts hear those cases on the merits
and that the law enforcement and judges finally start doing
their job and sign subpoenas for all of Obama’s vital
records.

Neither my wife or myself can stomach this disgraceful excuse for a man. Like wise neither of us will listen to him, or purchase any magazine with him on the cover, or continue to watch any TV show that portrays him as our President.
Because, in our minds, he is NOT!!!
So we toss Obama out and get Biden? Much as I can’t stand Biden, he just might be less damaging to the country than Zero. (But I would be praying REALLY hard for nothing bad to happen to Biden as long as Pelosi is Speaker.)

I don’t understand the legal or constitutional basis these folks think they’re operating on. Every time I’ve asked someone all I’ve gotten are nonsense replies.
