aaah - I understand it better now. Wondered why you missed the Orange Co. Calif and San Diego areas — but that is where the CHOIR lives. Right?
A Tea Party Caravan forming from points south and up through the Carolinas? Sounds like a great plan to me!!
See you in DC!!
Rebellion is Brewing!!
It’s a real bus... and caravan. God willing, the FReeepmobile Van will be right in line. Have laptop, will travel!!
Republicans even...if the GOP can be persuaded to get on board a winning program and support conservatives for a change!
Caravan - great idea. We caravaned to Dan’s Cookie Sale in ‘93 — the honks and thumbs up lifted the spirits all the way from Huntington Bch., Cal to Ft. Collins. I’m sure you will have a good time ALL along the way and meet the REAL America.
Ping for future reference....I plan on being there.
How about we put some cash in the fist! That would represent our money.
Meet you along the way since I will not be at home on that date...wouldn’t miss it.
Great idea but sucky logo. Instantly reminded me of Eldredge Cleaver and “Black Power.”
Who decided the route? Who decided which cities would be graced with a Tea Party?
The wonderful, meaningful, lasting thing about the April Tea Parties is that they were locally owned and operated. The first true grassroots protests.
There are several groups involved.
I believe the Tea Party Express is being organized by OurCountryDeservesBetterPac and several cosponsors. We’ve worked with these people on at least three cross country caravans before. Good people! The Taxpayer March on DC 09.12.09 is organized by FreedomWorks and several cosponsors.

Having been on several of these trips-—some organized as caravans/convoys and some as tours-—they get a lot of attention and many people come along for the whole trip or just part of it.
The first on I went on was to Crawford, Texas and it was a blast!
It would be great to have a Convoy of many vehicles from the very start in Northern California!
This one is going to head north out of San Antonio through Austin, Waco and Dallas then heads northeast.
It would be cool if some headed for the south east out of Dallas (you don't want to miss Dallas!) and hit South Carolina and points in between, and then on to DC to meet up on 9-12!
I agree, keep the fists but extend the middle fingers.
Maybe, but it’s on a level that they will understand. As noted before, being civil to the democrats is what they expect conservatives to do. The rat party takes any nicety and turns it to their favor. We are long past the time to play it like they do. Taking the high ground leaves you on top of the mountain while the other side takes the loot down there with the rest of the public. The general public reacts favorably to the side that shows that it has the nads to win and not turn the other cheek.
Yes Conservatives need to play to win, and play tough.
It's far past time to aggressively call leftists/liberals/democrats on every thing they do that is un Constitutional and in any way bad for our great Country!
That can be done with out stooping to their level.
Don’t stoop, keep standing and they will use your nads as a punching bag. Words and symbols have meaning and effects and in many cases are judged as the level of your commitment. No matter, I am not an organizer of this anyway but again playing nice, being accomodating has only resulted in a giant groin pull for the GOP and conservatives.
I’m there! bttt
But with a closed fist (metaphorically), not with one finger extended.
Stay tuned, the people running this thing play hardball.
And not the sissie crissie kind.
