Andy, under your conspiracy analysis, Pelosi's multiple accounts tend to incriminate the other lawmakers (presumably Democrats) from whom she says she learned that waterboarding was being used.
Someone should ask the Speaker who these other lawmakers are. In turn, they should be asked what the CIA told them and what they relayed to Pelosi. Do the respective accounts square? Why did no one protest or take some other form of recourse if waterboarding is, indeed, torture?

What’s really bothering me about Pelosi’s frantic finger-pointing at everyone except herself was the way she lied about the CIA and the damage it is going to do to congressional-CIA relations — which have to be in the total dumps right now.
Those guys and gals at Langley have to be major hurt and disgusted right now, despite the fact that most of them are Democrats and probably voted for Obama to begin with.
They have been burnt so many times before... Somehow, the boys and girls in the blue/green suits or their plainclothed equivalents in the intelligence communities always get left holding the bag...
Not this time, I hope. I would hope that each congressional briefer had a thorough debrief after each congressional meeting at which time he or she related precisely what was said, to who, who asked questions, what those questions were, and what other congress members said in response to the questions.
It’s not about nailing Pelosi, although I don’t mind that part. It’s about supporting the men and women in the trenches who go out and do unpleasant things at the request and requirement of their elected government and who should NOT be victimized when these elected sleaseballs decide to play CYA by throwing them to the sharks.
Let’s all keep that in mind.
She’s become an embarassment and O’s handlers want her out of the way. She won’t survive the next election cycle.
Can’t our great country produce someone better than her to lead the House. She clearly is out of her league.

So the story the other day that she DID object by ‘concurring’ with a letter someone else wrote is now invalid?
I can think of two reasons why the media is pursuing this.
1. A higher power has told them to do so. Pelosi constitutes a competing power center within the Democrat establishment...and The Messiah brooks no competition.
2. To pull rank. The media fancy they are part of the Democrat power structure, themselves. And Nancy needs to be reminded of the fact that, in their minds, they outrank her.
Whatever it is, though, it is definitely internecine warfare. May they all lose.
