Other elements of the plan (besides the cutting of the 5000 jobs) include five items. Here are two interesting ones:

-Reductions in monthly aid to low-income elderly, blind and disabled.

- Lowering the amount paid to in-home health care workers and limiting services to the most needy.

Don't you just love that they can't find anything superfluous to cut, so they have to take away funding to the blind and services to the "most needy"!
