Wanda Sykes and her wife, Alex, welcomed twins on April 27, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
Daughter Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 19-inches long. Son Lucas Claude debuted at 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20-inches long. The comedian’s wife gave birth to the babies.
