They're right about the grating voice! I first heard the clip on Bill Cunningham's show and I thought he was doing a tribute to the Munchkin who had recently died. I couldn't understand what the person was saying, I just assumed it was some old recording of the actor who played the Munchkin, until I thought I heard "Rush Limbaugh".

Sort of like a traffic camera... the system records who's rolling through the old brown light, and the believers get a bill in the mail. Wanda Sykes would be a little short at the end of this week, Chris Matthews would be destitute, and the DNC would have enough to buy back all of Soros' shares of Virtucon (and still have change to buy Rahm Emanuel a low-mileage soul).
