Alan Keyes among 21 arrested at Notre Dame May 8, 2009 1:29 PM Former Illinois U.S. Senate candidate Alan Keyes and 20 other protesters were arrested this morning when they refused to leave the Notre Dame campus during a protest of President Obama's upcoming commencement address there, a university spokesman said.

Hmmmmmmmm....figure he’s got the money, figure he’s got a method to his madness...
God bless Alan Keyes and his boldness in the fight to protect unborn children!
Would that many many more Christians had his gumption!
So when are they going to do something about it?
That’s been my question all the way around.
And yes I am Catholic. Cradle Catholic and not Cafeteria.
Wow great video....that should be posted on every proabortion website...
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners..
Not being Catholic myself, I’ll have to defer to you and Dr. Keyes on that question.
It certainly gets the point across.
That’s for sure...
Wow! That was incredible!
I would love to know.....
Former Ambassador Jailed for Pointing out that a Catholic University Should be Pro-Life
Alternate headline:
Zero Arranges for Former Opponent to be Jailed for Opposing Abortion
LOL. And just how do you propose to change the hearts and minds of our enemies, the liberal, socialist left? Isn’t that what Bush was trying to do for 8 years?
That’s probably the best argument I’ve heard here on FR for why showing pictures of abortion shouldn’t be looked at as a bad thing.
I just wish this were in the past, like the Holocaust was when we saw pictures when I was growing up. I remembering being warned in school history classes that “the stuff you’ll see in this film is graphic, it may be hard to watch”. I don’t think people had to be among those IN the camps, or among the soldiers freeing them to understand what happened there.
That may be the ONLY objection I would have. Not in SHOWING the pictures, but in being responsible in the hows and whens if at all possible because it could be traumatic for children especially...
But as far as I know Dr. Keyes, and group were using DOLLS, on a UNIVERSITY campus — it’s not like they took huge pictures to a Chuck E. Cheese or something. So, I see this a little differently even than the pictures method.
Good to hear. I would love to see a full march on the commencement. I am thinking of rescheduling a surgery to fly out.
I like ‘em.
Reagan drew the middle towards him - the extreme left will remain the extreme left regardless. It takes principled, consistent approach to win the middle. Not compromising ones' principles to cater to those that haven't yet had the opportunity to learn how things really are.
For forty years abortionists have been repeating the LIE that an abortion removes nothing more than a “clump of cells”, that a woman should be worried about things like hairstyles and she shouldn’t think twice about removing this “unwanted growth” which will interfere with her social life and impede her career ambitions — the pictures of aborted babies PROVE that this is a LIE and THAT’S what disturbs most people about the pictures.
Pictures of the Holocaust serve as a proof of an historical crime in hopes that it will never occur again. Pictures of aborted babies serve as proof of an ongoing holocaust and document a crime that occurs EVERY 24 SECONDS in the United States.
I don't think we have that kind of time left.
