Dodd: We prosecuted the Nazis so let’s prosecute Bush

Via Moe Lane. No, he’s not saying that waterboarding terrorists is as evil as genocide, but he does seem to be saying that both are sufficiently evil as to require prosecution. I’d be curious to know how and where he draws the line on prosecutorial discretion, then: When is something so “evil” that we must proceed to trial, damn the policy consequences? David Shribman wonders:

They never learn. They do not understand that one day the worm will turn and it will bite them in the azz. The current administration is setting a very dangerous precedent. What goes around is surely to come around. This joker is a one term resident. If they want to play dirty, it will come back to them with the next administration just for payback. Somehow they dont seem to get that.

Dodd is a drunken, perverted, self-important, egotistical, corrupt Senator who will probably be defeated for reelection (like Arlen "Scottish Law" Specter). Dodd offers this lie to try to snark his way back into office.

I've just finished reading the 140 pages of the released memos to write a definitive research paper on what they said, and meant. These memos were accurate when written. Dodd is either very stupid, or very dishonest. I'd say it is a toss-up on that.

Demonstrators (thousands of them) should show up wherever these “trials” take place all sporting huge pictures of beheadings.Videos of these beheadings can also be shown.Throw in a few photos of folks jumping out of the World Trade Center and you have the recipe for some *very* interesting times.

I have a better idea. Lets prosecute the bums in congress that are responsible for the mess our economy is in. And while we are at it, also round up all of the brokers and bankers who profited from knowingly selling homes to people who could not passably pay for them. That would be change we could believe it.

This country also used to prosecute for sedition and treason. Let’s prosecute that pig Murtha. And Jane Fonda should have been imprisoned long ago.

Dodd is so unpopular in his own state that he has to toss a bone to the foaming-in-the-mouth Nutroot Left.

For some reason, I suspect the Marxist Obama minders are using Dodd for their hate mongering here.

By all outward appearance, it is the Obama minders' continuous (Stalinist?) strategy to keep the false Dubya boogyman in front of the American lynch mob in order to maintain Balkanized divisiveness, focused hate and blame and rage, and to distract from their systematic confiscation of Constitutional rights, wealth and property, and our very way of life.

Oh, and watch for Mister Dodd to receive some very special dispensation from the Marxist Obama White House for doing his part.

In others words, a typical set for life Democrat Senator.

I am sick to death of liberals throwing the Nazis word around. I can imagine how it must have been for the victims of the Nazis. As an example, imagine a child laying asleep, in it’s warm safe bed under the roof of the only home they ever knew and the seeming protection of it’s mother. Suddenly, there is an intrusion into it’s safe, innocent world. The child is ripped from it’s slumber and immediately dies at the hands of a tyrannt who has no value of life. It must have happened in Nazi Germany many times and be assured it is still happening today, in abortion clinics all over the country, funded, supported and justified by the likes of Christopher Dodd, the real Nazi.

Okay, let's start by prosecuting those people who were in charge of the Gov at the time of the Ruby Ridge and Waco massacres. This would include George H. Bush, Bill Clinton, Janet Reno, Wesley Clark and all the ATF and FBI agents that were on site. Let's not overlook all of the Senator's and Congressman who were on the investigative select committees who, with complicity, covered up how real those crimes by the US government actually were. Sonny Bono, the only one on the Ruby Ridge committee who outwardly showed disdain of the crime and how his colleagues were so willing to protect the government thugs. Like Vince Foster, who supposedly committed suicide for being so distraught over the Waco massacre, Sonny happened to have a skiing accident and died. Obama should start there and work forward.

This doesn’t even seem to be a case of what is recognized under international treaty on war as torture. It’s more like really, really annoying the terrorists. Context, folks, context.

From National Review today:

For now, Obama keeps wiretaps, email intercepts (at an increased rate), renditions, military tribunals, combat troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, and missile strikes in Pakistan through three premises:

1. post-campaign, he suddenly as Commander-in-Chief believes that these measures are apparently vital in preventing another 9/11;
2. new terminology (no more “enemy combatants,” “terrorists,” or “war on terror”), and Obama’s hope and change, “I’m not Bush” rhetoric allow him to copy Bush doctrine with impunity;
3. the hard-Left base and once foaming media/now Obama’s Ministry of Information have made a calculated decision that it’s better to enjoy power and the advancement of Obama’s liberal agenda than to turn hysterical and demonize Obama — Bush-like — as an agent of violence abroad, and a Constitution-shredder at home.

So for now we have mostly Bush’s policies, but without Fahrenheit 9/11, Checkpoint, Code Pink, Moveon.org hysterics, Soros-funded vitriol, and the Harry Reid/Nancy Pelosi daily theatrics, since it was always about power in the first place, never principle.

Still, beware: Hypocrisy invites nemesis — every time.

Dangerous Diddling Dodd.

Bush is untouchable.

That bothers the fag dems to no end, and they are running out of material and boogeymen.

Dodd beats a dead horse. Bush was successful overseas, and it pounds the pi$$ out of Dodd and the zero. The idjits think that popularity is sucess, wrongo!

They can't get around Bush's shadow as they try to deconstruct the successful aspects of the Bush administration.

No stone in the federal bureaucracy will be left unturned, to redefine the previous successful security of the nation, and the Dems can't even decide how to secure the borders,to keep the illegals IN, they are all leaving because of unemployment.

Buahahahahahahahaaha!

CBB I ain’t seen ya in a (rac)coon’s age.

So it looks like you’re sayin what I’m sayin. In context, all was kosher. And if the cowards actually do push this to a trial it will come out and they will have egg on their face.
