Via Moe Lane. No, hes not saying that waterboarding terrorists is as evil as genocide, but he does seem to be saying that both are sufficiently evil as to require prosecution. Id be curious to know how and where he draws the line on prosecutorial discretion, then: When is something so evil that we must proceed to trial, damn the policy consequences? David Shribman wonders:

Good grief, if ANYONE in Washington were to be prosecuted Chris Dodd would be near the top of the list.
From the Hot Air comments: “We prosecuted Countrywide, so why not Chris Dodd?”
-United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 9.
I’m looking forward to a chance to prosecute some marxists!
Dodd is so unpopular in his own state that he has to toss a bone to the foaming-in-the-mouth Nutroot Left.
Yes, let’s keep throwin’ the folks curve balls and they won’t notice what we are doin’ which is moving fast toward a socialist nation of debtors...
Jamie Gorelick is at the top of my list.
First, she created “the Wall” to protect one Bill Clinton from prosecution, rather than protect 300 million American citizens from terrorist attacks.
Then, for an encore, she looted Fannie Mae for tens of millions of dollars while destroying the financial markets.
I still am at a loss to understand why liberals want to punish those whom used enhanced interrogation techniques - which have kept our country safe - against people who would have done far worse to regular American citizens had they been given the opportunity.
We are dealing with the scum of the earth, both abroad and here at home.
As if there isn't any difference.....
.....And the RATS like to say the Republicans are the extremists.
Since when did the letter of the Constitution restrain the Left?
This does not apply to Obama. He has already signed a bill of attainder. They are OK now.
When is dodd going to be prosecuted?
Sure thing, Dodd. Right after we prosecute YOU.
That was under the Pre-Zero, non-living Constitution.
Oh yeah, she’s thoroughly corrupt. She was on the 911 Commission to make sure the truth was suppressed. The true Culture of Corruption currently prowls the halls of federal government. What’s her gig now?
Dodd has engaged in more criminal behavior than the Taliban. If I were him I’d be keeping my mouth shut and hoping the next administration was feeling magnanimous. These cocky little bastards are feeling bulletproof right now, it’s time to knock them down to the pond scum level they are.
Hey, Chinless, you and Sen. Drooler should see if you can still double-team a waitress.
