Via Moe Lane. No, he’s not saying that waterboarding terrorists is as evil as genocide, but he does seem to be saying that both are sufficiently evil as to require prosecution. I’d be curious to know how and where he draws the line on prosecutorial discretion, then: When is something so “evil” that we must proceed to trial, damn the policy consequences? First, she created “the Wall” to protect one Bill Clinton from prosecution, rather than protect 300 million American citizens from terrorist attacks.
Then, for an encore, she looted Fannie Mae for tens of millions of dollars while destroying the financial markets.
I still am at a loss to understand why liberals want to punish those whom used enhanced interrogation techniques - which have kept our country safe - against people who would have done far worse to regular American citizens had they been given the opportunity.
