Indiana State University officials are continuing to search for missing student Gerald Smith.
On Saturday (May 2), university officials along with 30 volunteers divided the campus into six sectors and searched between 7 and 9 p.m.

Is there more to this story? Does he live on campus and a roommate said he didnt come home? Are they sure he didn't go somewhere with friends?
I ask because a Rice University student went missing last year - he later reappeared saying he just needed to get away - obviously some mental issues to scare his family like that but I was just wondering more about this missing student.

I always wonder about these kinds of searches: do the organizers sit everybody down and say “well folks we’re looking for a dead body, just so you know”?
