So what this is basically saying is instead of the 9.75% sales tax I pay in my county I can look forward to maybe 10% of 10.25% in the next year. Wow I can’t wait counting the days till I can leave this state it can’t be soon enough!

It's just warm up practice for the "fair tax". Imagine how little you'll buy when the tax is 23% or 30% depending on whose math you use. If the state thinks it is a good idea, you could have 30% federal "fair tax" and 10% state "fair tax". As for those "progressive" income taxes...the commies will never let go of those things.
