I like Palin, but I think you are wrong...she lost McCain votes in the suburbs. She did bring out the base which unfortunately shows we need more than the base to win elections as we lost badly in 2008...keep this in mind while throwing out all the RINO’s.... committees are decided by the number of GOP and Dem...we will lose important committee memberships.
If anyone voted for Obama they didn't do it as Republicans or because of Palin. They would have voted for him anyway as a cult figure or as a celebrity because of their elitism. I can't imagine regular folks voting for a arrogant, stupid, community orgainizing, Socialist!
If Palin is the nominee in 2012, I belive she would win no more than six states, just like Goldwater. The people trust Obama and will for a long spell.
