Whose idea was it to not inform the public when authorizing an extremely low-flying airliner to fly over the Hudson River near lower Manhattan? Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Air Force, New York State or city officials? Or perhaps a better question is, who had responsibility to inform the public, and who dropped the ball?
The Wall Street Journal has posted some of the first video of the flight . . .

Well if Bush was still in office, it would be Bush. Obama, however, is never to blame.

Not with the corrupt MSM covering for Obama.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs just told reporters he had absolutely no information on the matter. The White House press pool would not have let President Bush's Administration get away with the "I don't know anything about it" excuse. President Bush would have immediately been villified on the air for being "out of touch", and "dismissive of the safety of the American people". Have any of these reporters said anything of the sort about That One?

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs just told reporters he had absolutely no information on the matter.None of these guys know anything about anything..and they run the country..gives me a bunch of confidence.. IMAGINE if Tony Snow had said HE had no information on the matter..it'd be headlines from now till the end of May..

I bet Obama uses this as a catalyst to “do something”. After all, never let a perfectly good crisis go to waste.

this is some kind of bullshit psyche-op. We are being told it was a photo op. That is a clintonesque non-answer. What was the photo op for, who approved it and who benefits? It might get real interesting but I don't ever expect answers.
