Yeah, that would cause a flood of support for the Republican Party. I would be reregistered as an independent by the next morning.

Why would he think going pro-choice and pro gay marriage would make the Republican Party any different from the DemoncRATS? He needs to leave the Republican Party for sure. I don’t mind that kind of shrinkage.

It is shrinking because it nominated a self-described maverick like McCain to be its standard bearer.

This attitude is pervasive from the old guard Republican establishment that has been perverted by Washington DC. Compromise your morals, ethics and standards to gain political power. It seems to me we have 55% of this country already doing that in the name of pandering Democrats and liberals.
Frankly, I don't want to see another damn Republican that has spent any damn time in Washington - period! For that matter, I don't want to see Huckabee, Romney, Paul or any of them, regardless of whether they've stepped foot there. The only ones I want to see are the likes of Sarah Palin. If she runs, I'll give and give and give - why not? Might as well before the damn Obamanites get it.

Yeah. Had nothing to do with throwing the base under the bus, support for illegals and cap and trade.
What clueless nitwits.

People like the Bush family and John McCain put the GOP in its current sorry state.
Their belief that the non-acceptance of gay marriage and immigration lawlessness is the real cause of GOP decline is testament to that.

Shrinking, static...? Whatever it is, the GOP is irrelevant at the present time.
Only change in that equation will be baraq overreaching; or we get creamed by terrorism. I don’t cherish the latter.
