Political Class?
They mean Politburo?
Looks like the somones who are in power are in deep doo doo come 2010.....
It’s a protest against the Political Class, Dhim and Repug.
How about STOP SPENDING OUR MONEY.
Kay Bailey Hutchenson (RINO, TX) just came to Midland, trying to raise money, and passing out $250K pork for a FOUNTAIN in downtown Midland.
Keep your fountain, RINO. How about: actually cutting spending!
It’s a good start.
Now we need to take the message further ... only this time get more control over the message.
One problem that I saw with the tea parties was too many messages, too many gripes being aired. Not that they aren’t valid, but this will go no where if we don’t stick to ONE message.
It should be about EXCESSIVE SPENDING which will cause humongous debt burden for future generations ... who are too yount to vote or haven’t been born yet ... so they have NO REPRESENATION.
Ping
Who the heck exactly is the “political class?” Does it include the media.
This makes it very clear that we no longer have a Gov’t of, by, and for the people.
The left protests 24/7.
We do it once and we’re told it’s “unhealthy”.
The Media are enemies of this country.
Throw them all out in 2010!
I’m a registered Republican. I was in a Tea Party and I’m ticked off at the GOP nationally and statewide.
Guess I’m part of that 13% and I doubt very much if any Democrats are there.
Democrats are addicted to tax dollars. They help them feed their special program and project habits. And they have contaminated too many Republicans with their addiction.
Political elite?....Please!....Call it what it is...special interest lobbies!
Who are the Political Class?
GOP in death throws.
Indeed! Look at this from the detailed report:
Mainstream Republicans do express a more positive view of the protests than Mainstream Democrats. Still, a majority (54%) of Mainstream Democrats had a favorable opinion of the tea parties.
[Fifteen percent (15%) are not sure. ]
So did they not know what the tea parties were about or hadn’t heard about them? Are they not sure if they support massive Gov’t spending, increased taxes, a lower standard of living and Gov’t control of their lives? What are they now sure about? How can you not be sure?
Still, a majority (54%) of Mainstream Democrats had a favorable opinion of the tea parties.
BLAM!! No wonder the left and their allies in the media are having a fit.
Also is 25% of those polled know someone that attended, their is NO WAY the media's lowball estimate of 250,000 is correct. JUST NO WAY!
It’s We the People vs the political Class!
Heres a Must See TEA Party/Tax Revolt video:

this actually amazes me. Only 51% approve of a group that’s against having your money being stolen from you.
