2nd Declaration of Independence
We the people of the United Sates of America do hereby declare our independence from the Socialist Federal Bureaucracy, which is considered by the people to have exceeded its Constitutional authority and function as the administrator of the government FOR THE PEOPLE, and do hereby demand, according to the rights provided us by the Declaration of Independence, the following:
ARTICLE:
I. The immediate abolishment of the Federal Bureaucracy, excessive Federal Government and the establishment of the minimal Constitutionally defined central Federal Government
II. The immediate restriction of Congress to its specific Constitutionally defined authority and the return of all other jurisdictions of law to the state legislatures
III. That the new Federal Government relinquish all claim of ownership and control of the free market and business entities therein, regardless of the funds offered or provided to such entities, that the money provided to stimulate the economy, having been collected from the people, be provided by the Federal Government free of expectation or compensation for the benefit of the people and that the Government be prohibited from any future bailout of a private company with taxpayers money
IV. The immediate recognition by all branches of the new Federal Government of our unalienable rights endowed to us by our Creator from the moment of our creation (conception) as declared by the original Declaration of Independence
V. The immediate abolishment of Socialist Government welfare and redistribution of wealth programs and a recognition that, except in cases of disability, individual financial welfare is the responsibility of the individual and not within the domain of the purpose for which Government is instituted among men and that the best provision of the peoples welfare is accomplished by the opportunities provided by an unfettered free market and not by the continuation of our present or adoption of additional Socialist Government Welfare programs which, by oppressive taxation, restrict the expansion and growth of the free market by which our general welfare is ultimately achieved
VI. The immediate relinquishment of any right of the Government to control the lawful content of media broadcasting either by restriction or compulsion of lawful content
VII. Immediate relief from oppressive government taxation including the immediate abolishment of income tax on both individuals and business and the establishment of a simplified consumption based system of taxation
VIII. Immediate relief from the tax burden of government expense related to the interpretation, duplication and provision of documentation for non-English speaking persons except as required for issues of health, safety, and international diplomacy
IX. The immediate abolishment of Governmental invasion into the opinions and beliefs of American citizens including beliefs and opinions related to sexual orientation, racism, religion, etc. and recognition that the people, coexisting peaceably with their fellow Americans, have the right to opinions deemed unpopular, ignorant or offensive by their fellow Americans and that the education and enlightenment of the people is the function and responsibility of the public debate, not the jurisdiction of Government legislation
X. The immediate abolishment of all legislation that prohibits the free exercise and expression of religion by American citizens including prayer and religious displays whether on private or public property and that the prohibition of religious expression where Government is concerned be limited only to the act of Congress making laws to establish a religion as specified by the Constitution of the United States
XI. The immediate provision for the security of our borders from foreign invasion by all means necessary including technological and physical barriers on the border, the enforcement of immigration law, assessment of severe penalties on businesses that knowingly provide employment to illegal aliens, the prosecution of municipalities, organizations and individuals providing sanctuary to illegal aliens for harboring fugitives, and the cooperation of all law enforcement agencies involved in the discovery of illegal aliens within the borders of the United States to expedite the deportation of illegal aliens

I like the original better. . .if we aren’t going to uphold that one. . .why would we uphold a new one?
XII — The trials of the members of Congress for the charge of Treason, (providing comfort or aid to the enemies of the United States). Of particular note: Murtha for the public slander and condemnation of members of our armed forces acting on orders in a war-zone BEFORE trials or even the completion of an investigation; Frank & Dodd, for being instrumental in destabilizing the economy (and even refusing to acknowledge their ON RECORD advocacy AGAINST regulation of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, which they themselves credit for the current “economic crisis”, and the congressmen who rushed a passing vote on the original “stimulus” package despite a 300:1 ratio of their constituents calling in to urge against a ‘yea’ vote.
Keep it handy. It’ll be needed.
While this may be unpopular, in Article 5 you except disability. This too is a problem. It starts small, and gets amended to death to define a disability. Sorry, I cannot condone that. Everything from a hangnail to terminal cancer will be considered disabled, especially if we manage to get liberalism defined as a mental disorder.

Holding up a document that hasn’t been taught in decades is not possible. Americans don’t have a clue what the Constitution, DOI, Federalist papers etc say as evidenced by the state of affairs today. Sad, but true........
The author needs to brush up a little on our founding, the concept of natural rights, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. While I'm sure this is heartfelt, I stopped reading the moment I saw such colossal ignorance on display.
No kidding.
There shall be no laws, regulations, instructions, orders, or policies that "back-door" control the original constitutional freedoms intent to cause any effort or monetary exchange between any citizen to or with any other citizen , group, organization , or entity.
The House and Senate Master-at-Arms shall be appointed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Any House or Senate member that presents or supports any bill that does not meet the requirements of the oath of office to uphold the Constitution shall be just cause to initiate an immediate arrest on the floor and the beginning of trial proceedings for treason. Amendments to the constitution shall only come from the states legislatures from either constitutional convention attended by every state or super majority vote approved legislation in the required number states.
States that disapprove of any constitutional amendment shall have trial in the supreme court, which shall have the power to block the amendment process from reaching either the house or the senate until the grievance is completely redressed.

Instead of “abolishment”, use the word abolition.
This is a nearly universal error. Neither the Declaration nor the Constitution provide us with rights. The rights were ours pre-existing either document. These founding documents merely re-affirm what we declare to be ours by natural right. It is very important to understand this point and to be very careful about it. If you concede that rights derive from a document then you are essentially conceding that the government gives rights. A government which can give rights can also rights.
Again, the rights are ours from birth by virtue of divine providence, i.e., "endowed by our Creator". They are not granted by any government or document.
Stick with the original. It makes the point just as well (save for replacing “King George” appropriately), and makes the point that WE are NOT the ones deviating from the core principles.
And to the common objection “well, the original isn’t clear enough” - the originals (DoI, Constitution, BoR) _ARE_ clear enough. Those who will not be persuaded by the plain meaning of words will not be convinced by more words; instead, they will simply use those new words to further obfuscate the original clear intent, subjugating it to their own biases, bigotry, and cognitive dissonance.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
