For anyone who doesn’t know, Kate Michelman was the head of the National Abortion Rights Action League for two decades.

"It was a dark and stormy night" works well too when writing crap.

Another abortion ghoul-witch clamoring for socialized medicine.

She’s had tough times, I say tough luck.

Maybe it’s a little payback for her rabid support of infanticide.

Does this woman think the care her husband recieved would’ve been given had we had nationalized healthcare? If she does then she is a fool. With the injuries he had with the diease he’d already been diagozised more than likely healtcare like that would’ve been deemed too expensive and he would’ve died from the internal bleeding.

So Kate Michelmann wants to reduce health care costs? Lets start with tort reform. When doctors no longer face $50k - $100k in malpractice premiums each year they’ll be better able to reduce their fees. Same for the hospitals.

So let's see, we have a semi-socialist medical system dominated by government right now. To make it better we need?:

A. More government

B. More free market

This patient won't be cured with more of the same poison.

Kate Michelman?

I don’t understand. Why doesn’t she just kill her husband? He’s clearly defective. Why doesn’t she just abort...er, I mean, put him out of his misery?

She aborted a baby she couldn’t afford. Looks like she can no longer afford her husband. He’d better not sleep with both eyes closed.

That woman is the example of liberal selfishness. How dare she complain that Republicans didn’t join her in her pro-death activism.

Her poor husband seems to be on her wish list for the next one she exterminates out of her way.

Who isn’t in favor of health care reform? Governmental programs, such as medicare, are running out of money. Free market methods and sytems that place the individual responsible for his or her actions or inactions must be developed. If the government was the answer, we could point to a system else where and say we want that.

A System From Hell

She should know - I always assumed she was from there, too. Certainly, she's spent her adult life doing Satan's bidding.

I’m sorry for what happened to her husband and daughter, and fiscal conservative though I am, I do support government assistance for families dealing with such extreme medical catastrophes. (That’s a far cry from wanting to socialize the whole shebang.)

HOWEVER, this is the same Kate Michelman who called abortion survivor Gianna Jessen (who has cerebral palsy as a result of her ordeal) a “circus freak.” You’d think her own experiences would give her more compassion for a woman with a disability, but apparently only the stories of disabled people related to Kate Michelman should tug at our heartstrings.

She was pursuing her lifelong love of horses as a trainer in upstate New York. One day in May her horse got spooked, reared up and fell over backward on top of her, crushing three of her vertebrae

I see no mention of workman's comp assisting them. I thought NY was a progressive state and surely had great workman's comp,

1. Her daughter had money to RIDE HORSES, but not for health insurance? Her CHOICE baby.

2. Her husband spent MONTHS in the hospital and she’s bitching because she got an $8,000 bill?

GIVE ME A BREAK.

So much of this article is BS. To start with she says she had 8,000 in bills and that sucked up her savings. Hospitals and doctors cannot make you pay all at once, you can pay whatever you can afford as you go. She didn't have to use what little savings she apparently had up in one shot. Two:)Nationalized medicine would have let her husband die without providing care for him. 3.) The BS about Republicans being for Freedom so they should be for abortions is about as twisted a statement as I have ever read anywhere. Conservatives, not republicans, don't believe in killing off the unborn children of this world. Don't want a child? Two ways to accomplish that without actually killing them, don't have sex OR have sex and make sure you are protected with adequate, meaning more than one method in place at the time of havind sex, means to prevent becoming pregnant.

Any woman, or man, who discards birth control and then blithely elects to kill the baby is beyond contempt and deserves to burn in hell forever.

National health insurance won't keep you alive, in fact it is more likely to abandon you to death then the system we have now.

When I was 18, I quit school, (college) and got a job. (I eventually went back and got my degree.) I knew at the time that I was no longer covered by my parent's health insurance, so bought insurance at my own expense through my work.

My brother, who worked construction and was also over 18 did not. He fell and broke his arm while riding his dirt bike and it cost my parents plenty.

This woman's daughter chose to pursue a dangerous hobby, (see Chris Reeve), without health insurance.

If you are going to go without health insurance, it behooves you to stay away from risky sports.

Today he needs nearly round-the-clock professional help at home-- ...

Before my ancestors reached this time in their lives they went up into the highlands. Into the rocky crags of the Spine of the Earth. Into the thin, cold air at the top of the world and sat down.

They sat and waited. And while they waited, their minds played back the lives they had lived. The happy trails their feet had felt through their moccasins. Rain from many summers fell again in their memories. Snows of winters past piled up before their dim eyes. The cries of children born in their hogans rang in their ears as they sat ... and waited. They lived it all again.

And then, when it was time, my ancestors spirits flew from those places of solitude.

Today the Michelman's who squat where my ancestors ran free and lived free and loved their own people now whine in public that there is no money to pay for a comfortable chair and a warm room to sit and wait for the spirit to fly. The Kate Michelman who debauched herself urging others death now wants comfort for the other Michelman while he ... sits ... and waits ... and waits.

It is sad, to sell the sole for copper. Eat your mush, Michelman ... and wait.
