GE is now taking CNBC to the woodshed because they arent more like MSNBC!!!

Pretty stupid strategy. If they would have given Santelli an hour to cover the tea parties he called for, maybe their ratings would have been through the roof.

It's completely counter to every principle of business.

I have observed this myself and wondered why someone didn't see the light or go to the RIGHT of FNC.

I caught a couple of minutes of Ratchet Mancow but I felt the remote melting so I surfed by quickly.

If CNN dumps Begala, Gerkin and Carville, they might see a slight uptick

Ah, I doubt it. Especially when stagnation and unemployment will persist over the next 5 years or so. Funny how things like that can make the masses focused.

Was waiting for these numbers to come out. I am interested in the day time viewing numbers. Fox had to absolutely CRUSH them

The best way to make a boycott effective is to select ONE of the lib channels and boycott it, for an extended period of time,

Precisely! All we have to do is boycott their respective sponsors with letters and deeds.
Most of the sponsors are wimps, folding their tents in a hurry when they smell political pressure. They do not want to be bothered with public scorn affecting their sales and prestige at the bottom line.

So, if anyone wants to boycott Keith Olberman, all we have to do is hit on his show sponsors on mass, and be coordinated. Just like the Libs do.
It is time we take the gloves off, and start hitting hard, very hard; I am tired of offering the other cheek(as a matter of fact I, just freshly ran out of cheeks).
We need to go "eye for an eye", "tooth for a tooth" because THIS is the ONLY way the Libs understand!;

That is how they go away with murder and succeeding, while we the "nice" crowd are getting our collective asses whooped and delivered!

For NBC (GE), MSNBC and CNBC are extraneous projects which, as long as they make some money for the corporation (GE), they'll keep them around.

And how do they "make money"?

Does GE get any government contracts?

“Let’s remember too, McCain got 48% of the vote. It was not exactly a mandate for Obama. Yes he won the election, but hardly any mandate to turn this into the USSA.”

Let us also remember that they cheat! I never trust the numbers where Democrats are concerned.

From my point of view, this proves in a quantitative way that there is indeed a liberal bias. In any other industry, the competitor that had overwhelming market share, in this case FNC, would be imitated.

You're right.

The MSM is so wedded to the left they'd rather go out of business - or do massive newsroom layoffs than do the obvious - add some conservatives - pull in some diversity of thought.

Stunningly stupid.

About 69.5 million (53%) voted for Obama. About 60 million (46%) voted for McCain.

I think most of those 60 million who voted for McCain are also in favor of the Tea Parties. Even more than the 60 million would like to see the federal income tax and the IRS abolished ==== FairTax.org

Obama and his Socialist fellow travelers in Congress like to think that they can ignore the Tea Parties and ignore FairTax, but if they do they will get the boot out of office.

The people who sponsor their stuff on CNN/MSNBC/etc are getting ripped off, There is funny business at work that inflates their ratings.

There is NEVER a moment in my home were CNN is selected for news. We quit watching ALL regular TV AM and PM news shows prior to the election when the Obama love-fest nauseated us as much as Skam-Wow and Billyboy-MaybeNot commercials.

Persecution of Sarah Palin by the MSM lefty interrogators and propaganda masters assured their demise at our address and made Fox News our sole TV source of news. No doubt in my mind millions of others seeking non-leftist slanting propaganda have done the same and avoid the despicable liberal

Great news! People needed to see this day! Thank for posting this. I was so hoping this was the case. Funny too, FOX showed clips of the CNN reporter yesterday and often. So good for people to see! ;)
