I was "accidentally" watching CBS's The Early Show this morning. They were having a segment on Obama going to Mexico today and the issues he was going to address with the Mexican government. An unseen male narrator was talking as video images of the Mexican drug wars were being shown. The narrator then proceeded to explain how one of the major problems in the carnage and drug wars was the "influx of machine guns and hand grenades from the United States." As most of us on this forum know, it is extremely hard to get a machine gun and impossible to get a hand grenade from any gun store in the U.S. This was just another blatant attempt to push their agenda by using scare tactics and fear. I did not tape the segment (obviously) but distinctly heard what was said. I have absolutely had enough of their lying, rhetorical, agenda pushing "reporting." I went to their web address at www.cbsnews.com and found the contact hotlink at the bottom of the page. I left them a little message and so can you, if you like. Did anyone else hear this and if so, what are your thoughts?

It's definately Obama’s fault. Ever since his election my gun store has been sold out of machine guns. Hand grenades must be disappearing off the shelves as fast as they arrive because they haven't had them either.
To: umgud
I hear grenades are cheaper if you buy them by the gross at gun shows in Tulsa and Tuscon...

Thank goodness Big Oil has been able to keep napalm jelly cannisters on the shelves or white Americans wouldn’t have anything to cling to (other than their Bibles, of course)

Good grief— how dumbed down has the public become?

They are coming up from the southern borders or being smuggled in off of boats along the coast coming from further south. I imagine there might be a few handguns or rifles coming from our side of the border, but nothing like what they are trying to blame on us.

ABC is still rolling with the "90% of weapons are from the US" myth, but they upped it to 95% this morning. Good old Diane Sawyer.

If the liberals think we're sending hand grenades and machine guns down to Mexico, then ask them:
" Wouldn't a wall be a good way to stop shipment of contraband such those?"

I don’t think the mexican drug cartels use the standard commercial markets to purchase their arms that the average American does...
