Maybe he just doesn't know that there are people who disagree with his massive tax and spend agenda. That would explain a lot. Perhaps the network media's near silence on the "tea party" phenomenon has kept President Obama from realizing that hundreds of tax day protests will happen today?
"The White House says the president is unaware of the tea parties and will hold his own event today," ABC's Dan Harris said on "Good Morning America" on April 15.
Harris's story was the first ABC News report specifically about the tea parties since Rick Santelli's of CNBC's famous rant calling for a Chicago Tea Party back in February.
CNBC's Joe Kernen referred to Santelli's impact on spurring the tea parties as a "cultural phenomenon."

What idiots they are so eager to protect him that that they make him appear to be even more elitist and aloof than he already appears which is hard to do. Either that or it makes his aides look like twittering boobs for not keeping him apprised of what is going on.
I have come to believe that this thang we call the bama really is a blank slate that has been programed from boyhood by his communist mentors to be their mouthpiece.
The reason he is so hard to read is not because he is complex but because we don’t know who the people are behind his actions and since there are more than one he just seems complex. I have often said if you look in his eyes they are hollow like he is
