Several part coverage.
First (and link is in title) is to video by local news outlet.
Of course the "other side" is a release from the democratic party of Idaho blaming Bush and the "unnessecary" war in Iraq for the economic problems.
Second part is from Tea Party Boise:
Tea Party Boise Rally/March a
HUGE SUCCESS!!!
Wow is a word that could sum it up. There have been reports from 2500 to 6000 people throughout the day who came for a peaceful and successful protest. Keep in mind, the Treasure Valley has much less population in comparison to these major cities across the US, so this most likely is the largest percentage of population to show up for any Tea Party in the US! Way to go, IDAHO!
Finally here is the article and one of the pictures from the Idaho Statesman
Boise 'tea party' draws 2,500 protesters
"There are no Tea Parties. No one is protesting our beloved leader Obama. The American people are behind Barack Obama 100%."
Sorry I couldn’t make it.
Ping
Last month I counted over 200 at one event I attended and the media said dozens attended?
The media were geared and primed to under-report the attendance numbers, but the Boise PD released their estimate of 2,500. There was no denying the overwhelming success of the Party then.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
