We went into the heart of darkness and came out ok.
Started out at Civic Center Park. Then marched to the Federal Building for a rally and then to the steps of City Hall.
SFPD Captain said we were about 250-350, not bad considering it was a work day.
Nothing too exciting only about 10 counterprotestors. Maybe there was more but many got scared off seeing the size of the Tea Party crowd.
News coverage ok.
Here's some photos

Above is an interesting little San Francisco scene. These anarchist Black Bloc'ers came to disrupt the protest. When the march started back to City Hall they tried blocking the route.
One of them claimed to have been assaulted when jostled by someone in the crowd. Called 911 and the police responded. Strange I always thought anarchist didn't believe in police or the state.
The officer said to the Black Bloc'er, "You instigated it and it got more than you could handled...too bad for you."
Clone of the cowardly William Ayers.
I’m thinking police were quite pleased to have an easy day. They didn’t have to wear riot gear, they didn’t have to worry about violence or disrubtions, and they didn’t have to worry about broken windows or overturned cars.

Dunno if I’d call Oakland the “American Sector”, but I gotcher point.
Now that I look at it, it looks like the driver is headed east, out of San Francisco, in that picture.
Your photos demonstrate that there ARE two Americas. One is filled with clean and happy warriors and one is filled dirty and ugly losers.
I attended. First time I’ve ever done anything like that.
>One is filled with clean and happy warriors and one is filled dirty and ugly losers.
Don’t worry, 0bama plans to heal this rift in America by making everyone dirty, ugly losers who will look UP to third-world countries as beacons of hope and liberty.
He’s working tirelessly to make the rest of America as safe as Chicago.

That sort of dirt and ugly exhibited by these anarchist isn't the result of poverty or addiction or just plain bad luck.
No that sort of dirt and ugly comes only by having a rich parents and not having to work.
As I told a anarchist girl at a prior run-in, "Hey I know how you can do something really radical.....take a shower, shave your legs and maybe your armpits, stop living off your parents and get a job and pay taxes."
I know these dirty ugly losers are not poor. Poor people actually have to worry about important things like feeding their children and keeeping a roof over their heads.
My comment was comparing the professional protester class versus the regular Americans who came out to protest yesterday.
