With Joe Biden’s effective Fed tax rate of 17%, he should not feel too patriotic. That does not come anything close to his fair share of the tax burden. Why didn’t the Biden’s voluntarily pay more tax since his income classifies them as wealthy?

Well, I can't fault Obama because people were stupid enough to buy his books, and being the only ones in his administration to actually pay their taxes he's setting a nice example.
