Live now on Fox -- White House is blocking TEA Party set for the Treasury in DC,. despite the demonstration already having been granted a permit. Second TEA Party at Lafayette Park to proceed, but White House blocked the unloading of 1M tea bags.
This comes upon the DHS report warning that such demonstrations are "hate groups" that must be monitored closely as such demonstrators are "prone to owning guns and being violent."
Watch for a shutdown of media planes for the rest of today. Prevent the media from getting any aerial shots for TV or web.
Hey, the original tea party was anonymous sabotage, conducted under the cover of darkness. Nobody knows who actually did the deed, but EVERYBODY knew who was behind it. Just sayin...

Owning guns is not a crime! Nor is "being prone" to do anything.
These are law-abiding citizens of a free country!
If only they would use these "pre-emptive" strategies on real terrorists who would do our country harm.
But, maybe more importantly, when you click on the camera located at 15th St/NY Ave/PA Ave (view is looking south on 15th, with Treasury Bldg at top-right edge of shot), it does not look like the sidewalk on the 15th St side of Treasury is blocked to peds.
So, maybe the DC tea party folks can do an end-around from Lafayette Park along H St. to 15th and south to Pa Ave corner.
Unless, of course, Janet Napolitano is monitoring FR for her "right-wing extremist" intel.

This blames SS (now part of DHS): Poor weather and permit problems are threatening to put a damper on the kick-off to anti-tax “tea party” protests Wednesday.
One million tea bags delivered to a Washington, D.C., park were reloaded and sent away because tea party organizers did not have the proper permit.
The massive shipment of tea to Lafayette Park was meant to be the start of a day of protests expected across the country by people fed up with high taxes and excess spending.
But the tea was reloaded back onto a truck and sent away, protest organizer Rebecca Wales told FOX News.

HE’s apparently not good at letting the protestors have their say and being done with it, like the pubs have gotten so good at. Nobody likes having their own tactics turned against them. I heard that long ago during a basketball game, and I’ve found it to be true many times since. The commernity organizer doesn’t like organize opposition. Interesting.

If you are gay, advocating same-sex marriage and running naked in the street while you lust over one another in public;
Or if you are pro-late-term abortion and shouting obscenities at those who value life and you want to force doctors to perform abortions against their will and conscience;
Or, if you want to denounce our government and burn or stamp on our flag, and harbor illegals and terrorists - while giving them welfare payments and the jobs real Americans should have.
Then you can assemble and demonstrate without being turned away. Then you have "rights."...
And the government police will be placed all around you and your like-minded protesters to protect you from the sane patriotic, God-loving, Constitution supporting conservatives who have moral values and don't hate America and the freedoms our forefathers fought to provide for us!
